At Triumph TCG, we want every customer to feel confident when they buy Pokémon cards online. We take pride in offering high-quality, authentic products and aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- The item is damaged during delivery
- You received the wrong product
- The item is significantly different from its description
- You changed your mind (item must be unopened and in original sealed condition)
To be eligible for a return:
- The request must be made within 30 days of delivery
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- Original packaging must be included and intact
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened booster packs or any unsealed product
- Used or damaged items (not caused during shipping)
- Digital or promotional items
- Clearance or final sale products
Return Process
- Contact our support team at support@triumphtcg.com
- Provide your order number and clear photos of the item
- Wait for approval and return instructions
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the error was ours)
Exchanges
We replace items if:
- The item is defective or damaged
- The wrong product was delivered
- The item arrived in unsatisfactory condition
Contact us with your order details and we will assist you promptly.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include clear photos showing the issue
We will offer a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.
Shipping Responsibility for Returns
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method
- Triumph TCG is not responsible for lost return shipments
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once shipped, you may request a return based on the eligibility criteria above.
